Feature

Nearly pure solid copper balls(copper spheres), they show good mechanical and corrosion resistance properties, excellent thermal and electric conductivity. Small amounts of alloying elements as Cr, Zr, Ag, Cd, Mg, Sn allow to improve the mechanical properties.

Copper balls are used in galvanic applications and in the field of electronic industry.
