Soild aluminum balls(aluminum spheres, aluminium balls, aluminium spheres) featured by good corrosion and wear resistance, very good surface finishing.
1000 series aluminum balls are not heat treated, balls can be provided in the passivated conditions;
2000 series aluminum balls allow to get better mechanical characteristics, balls can be provided in the passivated condition;
3000 series aluminum balls are not heat treated and show slightly better mechanical characteristics with respect to 1000 series, balls can be provided in the passivated state;
5000 series aluminum balls are not heat treated and feature a good workability;
6000 series aluminum balls, thanks to Si and Mg addition, are heat treatable, they feature mechanical properties slightly lower than 2000 and 7000 series;
7000 series aluminum balls are heat treated and show the best mechanical properties between aluminium alloys, balls can be provided in the passivated state.
